Private coaching is advanced support — lots of 1:1 time together, support between coaching sessions anytime you need it, my eyes on your document, website, copy, resume, really whatever you need a second set of eyes on.

My framework is anchored in possibility and guided by ease.

To find possibility in the moments that matter most — those times when none seem to exist or too many are making you feel stuck, overwhelmed, scared and exhausted is normal.

My approach centers clarity, courage and creativity when navigating new terrain. To connect with the right possibilitiesfor you, you must rest, re-member and refine.

When you rest, you are able to find answers you cannot think up because clarity does not come from thinking. With me by your side, I will guide you rest practices that help you to see, hear, understand and unlock possibility.

When you re-member, you are putting yourself back together. We toss aside ideas that don’t seem valuable to our future and get rid of parts of ourselves to fit in, go further, get ahead. You will come back into relationship with who you really are.

When you refine, you will put your boldest and most personal ideas to paper. You will hear yourself say them out loud. This is where we often go when we don’t know what to do — “Let’s make a plan.” When you are rested and clear, and deeply connected to who you really are, your plans flow with so much ease.
