The retreat
We will spend a full day together in a space that goes deep, tapping into our inner knowing.
We will work with a combination of mindfulness and tactical tools designed to support your process of developing a road map for what you want in this next year, decade or phase of your life.

Your comfort is paramount. Please bring items that make you feel safe and comfortable. If you like sitting on the floor, please bring a yoga mat and/or floor pillow. If you get chilly, please bring a blanket.
The people
Ilsie Gonzalez, founder of Living Con Corazon, is a spiritual life coach and healer dedicated to guiding and supporting women to let go of the bullshit, reconnect to what’s true, trust their own hearts and inner knowing so they can live the meaningful and love-filled lives they deserve. Ilsie’s a master of creating safe and sacred space and you'll feel only compassion and love with her as your guide.
Annie Sanchez, CEO of Mariposa Strategies, a coaching and strategic planning firm exclusively supporting badass women and people of color. I do this by creating spaces designed to decrease overwhelm and strategize big ideas, and by coaching clients through the process of uncovering the necessary steps to the experiences and feelings they want to be having.
