3. Your investment. The cost of The Culture Club is not insignificant, but priced for accessibility. Filled with years of wisdom from coaches, strategists and instructional designers, and reiterated to ensure the journey is as powerful as possible, you can join at the lowest price it will ever be.

Your Guide, Annie Sanchez

Hey, I’m Annie Sanchez! I use she/her pronouns and identify as an artist, business strategist, unconventional life coach, and lifelong believer in what’s possible.

I founded Mariposa Strategies in 2018 as a path for my creativity, talents and life I wanted to be living — and haven’t stopped since!

I’ve distilled my most powerful tools into The Culture Club, an identity-inclusive membership community that descends from the women of color-based community I sunset after 11 cohorts, my work coaching hundreds of people around the world, and countless retreats, workshops and strategic planning processes I’ve facilitated.

I’ve proven over and over: community changes everything.

My magic lives at the intersection of complex problem-solving and facilitating transformation for individuals, teams and organizations. With a background spanning production, operations, conflict management, organizational design, healing and hospitality, I have never followed a path — I’ve made my own.

My focus is on helping people find clarity and courage to pivot by more deeply understanding who we are, who we are becoming and how to interpret our personal data for the answers we’re looking for.
