Annie (she/her) is an interdisciplinary visual artist, business strategist, unconventional life coach and lifelong believer in what’s possible.
Her magic lives at the intersection of complex problem-solving and facilitating transformation for individuals, teams and organizations. With a background spanning production, operations, conflict management, organizational design, healing and hospitality, she has never followed a path — she made her own.
Annie is the founder of Mariposa Strategies, The Culture Club, The Emerging Artist Retreat, Clarity Pages and host of Courage, Culture & Clarity.
She lives in Albuquerque with her partner Matt and their beloved cat Mantequilla.

April (she/her) joined the Mariposa Strategies team in 2021 as Annie’s Virtual Assistant, exactly when behind the scenes stuff as a company started to level up! Today she’s thriving in her tech-focused role.
April brings so much grounding, earthy energy to the world, her heart to the table, patience and grace to her work. We are grateful and better as a company with her hands on the continuous systems-improvement wheel.
She has been part of the Mariposa family since 2021, starting as a member of the WOC Culture Club.
Julianna Silva

Julianna (she/her) brings over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur along with a background in business coaching. She helps our team and clients understand their numbers and make strategic decisions from there.
She has supported Mariposa Strategies as a finance expert since day one, and been a collaborative partner with clients since 2020.
Julianna is the founder of Silva Strategies.
