These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our websites. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Services and Products
Certain services or products may be available exclusively online through our websites. These services or products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our online store (“claritypages.com”). We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit the sales of our services or products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any services or products that we offer. All descriptions of services or products and associated pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at our sole discretion. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material lawfully purchased or obtained by you from our company will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the services or products will be corrected. Services, Events and Information Changes
We reserve the right to change services, events and information listed, or that may be listed in the future, on our websites without notification.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Coaching & Consulting Services:
Refunds will not be issued for coaching or consulting services. The value of your investment may be applied to a future coaching or consulting package up to 90 days from date of payment.
You can postpone use of a fully paid coaching or consulting package up to 90 days from date of payment.
Coaching packages are non-transferable.
Consulting services are non-transferable.
Workshops & Events
Refunds for workshops and event registration are non-refundable.
You can postpone use of a fully paid registration up to 90 days from date of the scheduled workshop or event.
Products
Physical products, digital products, downloadable products and gift cards are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.
Exchanges will be made only for physical product that were damaged in the shipping process. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please send an email to hello @ claritypages.com with "Exchange + order number" in the subject line, a brief description of why you need to make the exchange, and a photo of the damaged item.
Professional Advice
Under no circumstances do we assert that the information contained in or made available through our websites, services, products and material content can replace professional advice. You agree that our websites, services, products and material content cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal. On our websites we occasionally discuss mature topics and use language relating to personal and professional growth that may include explicit language or “curse words.” Users who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not use our websites.
